How can I place an Order?

Use our Secure Shopping Cart:
Click the Add To Cart button next to the items you would like to purchase. Click View Your Shopping Cart symbol on top right of the page if you are ready to check out and want to view your shopping cart. To change the quantity of your order, click the arrow pointing upwards or downwards in the Quantity field, and then press Update Cart button. To remove an item completely, set the value in the Quantity field to 0 or and click Update Cart button, or press a cross sign on the left from the item. When you are satisfied with your order, click Proceed to Checkout in Cart and fill out the secure Billing Details Form.

Payment Methods:
We accept payment via PayPal (PayPal allows to make payment by credit card even if you do not have PayPal account).
A charge from Alina General Merchandise will appear on your statement.


  • U.S. Domestic shipping:

We offer free shipping over $30.00 on all U.S. orders via USPS or Fedex. It usually take 1 – 5 business days to process an order, this doesn’t include weekends or holidays. You will receive your order anywhere from 2-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out (not from the date that it is placed).

U.S. Ground: $2.99 (on orders less than $30.00)

  • International shipping:

We offer Free Shipping on all international orders over $75.00.
A flat rate of $9.99 for all international orders less than $75.00.

 All prices are displayed in US dollars.

  • International shipping options:

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International.

Delivery typically takes between 3-10 business days worldwide once shipped from our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Merchandise must be unworn and in the original package.

We apologize that any merchandise marked “Sale” cannot be returned.

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. Paypal). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to customer returning/exchanging the product.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 9 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
